Cairo Festival City

a mixed-use urban community located in New Cairo, owned by Al-Futtaim group. The development extends over a land area of some 3 million sq. m (700 acres) and comprises residential villas, apartments, business districts, a shopping mall, international schools, automotive parks, and office spaces. Horema prepared the geotechnical reports for many of the different sections of the vast project including pump stations, artificial water lake, Orina Villas and the Linking Plaza.
